Cold Rolled Coil (CRC): Made from hot-rolled pickled coils through precision processes like cold rolling and annealing at room temperature. It boasts good surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, and excellent mechanical properties, serving as a key material for high-end manufacturing. Widely used in automotive, home appliance, and electronics industries, selecting the right CRC is crucial for ensuring product competitiveness.

Galvanized Steel Coil/Sheet: Uses cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel coils as the base material, with a layer of metallic zinc applied via continuous galvanizing process. The zinc layer acts as a sacrificial protective coating, effectively preventing the steel substrate from corrosion and rusting, and significantly extending the service life of the steel.

Pickled Steel Coil/Sheet: Produced from hot-rolled steel coils by removing scale through pickling, followed by oiling and coiling. It is an intermediate product between hot-rolled and cold-rolled coils, capable of replacing some hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets with high cost-effectiveness. It also serves as a high-quality base material for manufacturing cold-rolled sheets and hot-dip galvanized sheets.

Hot Rolled Coil/Sheet (HRC/HRS): Takes slabs (mainly continuous slabs) as raw materials. After being heated to over 1100°C in a heating furnace, it is rolled by roughing and finishing mills, then cooled by laminar flow, and finally coiled into shape by a coiler.

Stainless Steel Coil/Sheet refers to a product made from stainless steel slabs as raw material, which is rolled into coils through hot rolling or cold rolling processes. Its core characteristic lies in excellent corrosion resistance, mainly due to the fact that the steel contains more than 12% chromium (Cr). When chromium comes into contact with oxygen, an extremely thin, firm and dense chromium-rich oxide film (passive film) is formed on the surface, which can effectively prevent further oxidation and corrosion of the steel substrate.Excellent Corrosion Resistance:It resists corrosion from various media such as water, water vapor, acids, alkalis and salts.High Strength and Hardness:It provides good structural strength and wear resistance.Excellent Workability:It can undergo various forming processes such as cutting, bending, stamping and stretching.Good Heat Resistance:Some grades can resist high-temperature oxidation and are suitable for high-temperature environments.Hygiene and Aesthetics:It has a smooth surface, which is not easy to accumulate dirt and easy to clean and sterilize; its appearance is modern and beautiful, with decorative properties.
